When I first met John, I was impressed by his knowledge of the Real Estate Market in the Inland Empire, an area where he has worked for the last 20 years with both buying/selling and rentals. He was by my side every step of the buying process. He even introduced an excellent loan agent to me when I encountered problems with my own. He will call me a few times a day, just to check in and to answer my questions. Whenever a problem arises, which there were a few during my buying process, he will always offer a few alternatives and solutions. Truthfully, I have never encountered an agent who is so thorough, detailed, and caring. Because of his over 20 years of experience in the field, he has amassed a vast network of contacts, which makes the buying process a breeze. He can literally solve any problem that arises. On the day we were going through the Home Inspection, he would explain to me in detail all the deficiencies, be they minor, cosmetic, or something that would require fixing. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that John has done for me. John took me on after another Relator (self proclaimed #1 specialist & Expert ) She was Inexperience. She had me so deep in trouble I was on the verge of losing both-my old home & the new home I put a deposit on. She had me spend $1,500.00 to paint. she lowered the price by $10k. She Actually did a Virtual Staging without my permission.l didn’t even recognize my own home. She told me “I don’t know what else to do” “I’ve tried everything “. I realized she was Not qualified to sell my house. I’m was DONE!
I met John & explained my situation. I had to be 100% dependent on my Realtor to make sure everything was correct Before I signed. John went Above and Beyond from day one. He read thru everything & fought to change things that weren’t in my best interest Such as a $15K deposit I was told I was going to lose on the new home. John went to new home office and had to teach them of few things about contracts. He would not accept anything less than a refund back to me. Within a week, A Refund Check was in my hands. He had me put back the furniture, artwork back on walls. It looked like home again. He helped fixed little things ; sliding door locks, stove knobs, refrigerator,(too many things to list) . John research comps in my area, He knew what he was doing! Everyday he would check in with me with updates. If got stressed or worried, John would sense it. He would tell me a silly joke just to make me laugh. That was his way of letting me know it’s gonna all work out. It didn’t take long before there was a sign that read -SOLD!

It was wonderful having such a great person like John to walk us thru the home selling and buying procedure. He is very knowledgeable on every aspect of real estate and the California laws.
